I'm Ceallaigh. An educator, researcher, advanced practitioner, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping you understand what  effective wellness means

If you want knowledge, healing, fun and growth, you've come to the right place.

I’m a little quirky, a little nerdy, and a lot passionate about helping people feel good, and growing the wellness industry with real data and insight. I’ve trained in over 25 bodywork modalities, and Pain Reprocessing Therapy, I read anatomy textbooks for fun, and I’ll probably make you laugh while I explain the nervous system.

I’m the founder of Salvation Wellness, a therapeutic massage and wellness studio, and the cofounder of the Rx3. I’m the Lead Investigator of Wholeness in Healing, an IRB approved research study at Jersey City Medical Center, studying integrative interventions for patients going through chemotherapy. I’m a nationally approved NCBTMB continuing education provider, and I've been a massage therapy educator since 2010, teaching at several school including Essex County College, Cortiva, and Eastern International University.

I serve on JCMC’s Patient Experience Advisory Council and the Hudson County Community College Foundation board. I’ve served in many boards. I sat on the executive board of the Alliance for Massage Therapy Educators, as founding board member and vice president of Massage Without Borders and as community service chair for the AMTA New Jersey Chapter.

I have had the privilege to be featured in Inc.com, to collaborate with the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra on SoundBowl and Symphony in 2025, and t work with the City of Jersey City to bring wellness programming to Veterans through a Health and Human Services partnership.

I’m a member of the Society for Integrative Oncology and the Fascial Research Congress.

My corporate clients have included WeWork, PayPal, and Venmo.

My work lives at the intersection of research and real life. I blend science, intuition, and humor to make complex wellness ideas feel simple, human, and joyful.

Whether I'm formulating herbal salves in the kitchen, designing curriculum, research studies, or dancing around with my husband and son, I bring the same mission to every endeavor: to add value and wellness in to everything I do.

I’ve taught at Cortiva Institute, Essex County College, and Eastern International College, and I’m now developing a Massage Therapy Program at HCCC (launching Fall 2026). Education should feel alive, especially when you're working with bodies!

Community Leader

I sit on the advisory counsel for Jersey City Medical Center, I am collaborating with RWJ and Rutgers Cancer Institute for life changing cancer research, and I'm also partnering with Hudson County Community College to create a massage program. This is just the surface and I won't stop there.
