Day to day, I’m working closely with my partners and staff, learning who they are, what they need, and how I can help them to create a greater impact on the businesses I’m a part of.
Through these experiences, I’m constantly learning- observing patterns to understand how I can advance the business, create more innovative ways to bring quality results, and nurture an environment where we can not only work, but thrive.
My journey started out as an employee and I grew to a solo-preneur, expanded into an entrepreneur, scaled to a multi-location entrepreneur, and evolved to a franchise entrepreneur.
I’ve balanced the responsibilities of talent recruitment, retention, growth and scaling, KPI, formulation, supply chain, among many others. I’ve developed a business infrastructure that is not only sustainable but grows with opportunities.
While I bring knowledge and experience from the wellness industry, it stands as a product to my entrepreneurial achievements. Using servant leadership, I’ve built, and continue to improve the systems in which my businesses operate so that everyone involved can benefit wholefully and flourish.
That is one of the reasons why my businesses have been successful. I continue to find ways to create products that have a lasting impact and serve as a positive and memorable experience to all who come into contact with them.
Ready to connect? Let’s talk. And if you need a speaker who delivers impact, I’m all in.
